Screen Printing Guidelines

Ensure the best results for your screen-printed designs by following these requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

• Line Thickness: Minimum 0.35mm
• Spacing: Elements should have at least 0.50mm between them
• MOQ: 100 units

Imprint Colors:

• We support Pantone Solid Coated & HKS K colors
• White elements must include an “additional white” spot color
• Artworks must have spot colors added for accurate printing
• Printing capabilities vary depending on the specific item’s limitations

File Requirements:

• Vector files only (AI, EPS, or PDF format)
• No transparency in the artwork
• Text must be flattened (outlined)
• No cutting lines or printing information should be included

Embroidery Guidelines

Ensure the best results for your embroidered designs by following these requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

• Line Thickness: Minimum 1.2mm
• Object & Letter Size: Must be at least 5mm
• Negative Space Thickness: Minimum 0.6mm

Imprint Colors:

• Uses a separate embroidery color palette ([link])
• White elements must include an “additional white” spot color
• Artworks must have spot colors added for accurate stitching

File Requirements:

• Vector files only (AI, EPS, or PDF format)
• No transparency in the artwork
• Text must be flattened (outlined)
• No cutting lines or printing information should be included

Digital Transfer Guidelines

Ensure the best results for your digitally transferred designs by following these requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

• Line Thickness: Minimum 1mm
• White Free-Standing Elements: Must be at least 0.6mm thick
• Solid Background: Required for TD prints
• TD1, TDT: If elements are smaller, an outline must be added

Imprint Colors:

• Requires CMYK color values
• If the color is only white in vector format, an “additional white” spot color must be added

File Requirements:

• Minimum resolution of 300dpi for raster files
• Files must not contain transparency
• Text must be flattened (outlined)
• Supports both vector and raster files (AI, EPS, PDF, PNG)
• No cutting lines or printing information should be included
