How to Initiate a Return
Please email returns@organicblank.com with the following information:

Order ID or PO (Purchase Order).

List of items to return (reference code, color, size).

Brief description of the reason for return.

Specify whether you prefer store credit or a refund.
Important Notes

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.

Personalized items cannot be returned.

The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be calculated based on the item’s value minus the restocking fee, initial shipping, and return shipping costs.

Placing a New Order: If you have a deadline to receive the correct items, we recommend placing a new order. Upon receiving the returned items, we will automatically issue a refund or a coupon code.

Returns of used, personalized or discontinued items are not accepted. For hygienic reasons, returns of underwear, footwear, masks, or other health-related protection products will not be accepted.
