At Organic Blank, we strive to satisfy your needs with our products. However, if you need to make a return, here’s what you need to know:


How to Initiate a Return

Please email returns@organicblank.com with the following information:

  1. Order ID or PO (Purchase Order).

  2. Name and Surname.

  3. Email Address and Phone Number.

  4. List of items to return (reference code, color, size).

  5. Brief description of the reason for return.

  6. Specify whether you prefer store credit or a refund.


Important Notes

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • Personalized items cannot be returned.

  • The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.

  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be calculated based on the item’s value minus the restocking fee, initial shipping, and return shipping costs.

  • Placing a New Order: If you have a deadline to receive the correct items, we recommend placing a new order. Upon receiving the returned items, we will automatically issue a refund or a coupon code.

  • Returns of used, personalized or discontinued items are not accepted. For hygienic reasons, returns of underwear, footwear, masks, or other health-related protection products will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

For picking errors, missing, or damaged items, please contact returns@organicblank.com with:

  • Order details.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect items.

We will work to resolve the issue promptly and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
