Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Customization orders require approximately 5–15 business days, depending on the product and technique.

Some orders are processed within 30 minutes after being placed. If you need to request a modification, please contact Customer Service immediately to check if changes are still possible.

Sample Orders Notice:
Orders considered as samples — defined as 1 unit per reference (model), color, and size purchased for evaluation purposes — are processed under the same conditions as standard orders but are non-returnable under any circumstances.


Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the shipping destination:

  • Spain: 3–5 business days
  • Europe: 5–7 business days
  • USA: 5–7 business days
  • Australia: 8–12 business days
  • South America: 10–15 business days

High Seasons: Delivery times may be extended during peak periods due to increased demand and carrier limitations.

Customs Delays: International shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance, which is beyond our control.

International Shipping

For international orders outside standard zones, please contact info@organicblank.com with:

Customs & International Shipping

  • Tax-Exempt: International orders are shipped without VAT. Import duties may apply upon arrival.
  • Customs Charges: Organic Blank is not responsible for duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by customs authorities.
  • Customs Processes: Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures.
  • Recommendation: Place orders in advance to avoid delays.
  • Unclaimed Shipments: If a shipment is not accepted or collected and is returned, additional costs may apply.

Product Consolidation

Products from the same warehouse are consolidated whenever possible to optimize shipping costs. Items from different warehouses may be shipped separately.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
